Raspberry Nite At the Dome was named in honor of Dee Lumley.  Life-long baseball fans, Dee and husband Bruce, as Little League presidents, started the first T-ball program in Hopkins, and Dee initiated the great community tradition of Raspberry Nite at the Dome.

This event brought widespread honor and recognition to Hopkins as the Festival  Princesses and Queen were invited to the pitchers mound to deliver the first pitch

The recognition for the community continued as a Hopkins representative would perform the National Anthem - which was heard by everyone on the entire Twin's Broadcast Network

Finally the Royal Family was showcased at the Dome when they led the crowd in singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame"

One BIG event was being interviewed by Kent Hrbek - from his broadcast booth - and being mentioned by the ESPN broadcast crew, who was in town for the game.

Being photographed in front of the Twin's World Series Trophies has been a thrill for many royalty

And.... recently it has become the goal of the Jr. Royalty to have Bert Blyleven "Circle ME"  on the jumbo tron
Special Thanks to Dave McCarville for coordinating 10 years of the event - Your efforts brought a lot of fun for a lot of people AND a lot of recognition to our community
